Terms of Use

1. General 

1.1. These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the agreement between MYRapture Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mysunco" or "we") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "customer" or "you") that is formed when you place an order through the www.mysunco.fi online store (hereinafter referred to as the "online store"). 

1.2. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for placing an order through the online store. By placing an order through the online store, you accept these terms. 

1.3. Mysunco reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The changes will take effect immediately upon their publication in the online store.

2.  Orders and Agreement

2.1. Placing an order through the online store requires that you are at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.

2.2. Placing an order requires selecting a product from the online store and adding it to the shopping cart. 

2.3. After selecting the product and providing all the necessary information for the order, carefully review the order details before confirming it. 

2.4. Upon confirming the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes your order details. 

2.5. Mysunco reserves the right to reject orders without separate notification, for example, if the product is out of stock, if the price or description of the product contains errors, or if the customer-provided information is incorrect. 

2.6. The agreement for the order is formed when Mysunco sends the order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. All prices stated in the online store are in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax.

3.2. The prices of the products do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total sum of the order.

3.3. Payment transactions in the online store are handled with reliable third parties, such as Paytrail Oyj. Payment information is transmitted securely. Payment Service Provider The payment intermediary and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on the bank statement or credit card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. 4. Delivery 

4.1. Mysunco aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is provided in the online store during the order process.

4.2. The delivery time may vary depending on the product ordered and its availability in stock. 

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated based on the ordered items and the delivery address. 

4.4. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Mysunco is not liable for delays or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect delivery addresses. 

4.5. Products are delivered by mail or courier service. 

4.6. The customer must inspect the contents and condition of the order immediately upon receipt. If the delivery contains damaged or incorrect products, the customer must contact Mysunco customer service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

5. Returns and Cancellations 

5.1. The customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a specific reason. 

5.2. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify the cancellation in writing to Mysunco's customer service via email: contact@mysunco.fi. 

5.3. The product must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice. 

5.4. The return must be made in the same condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product. 

5.5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from Mysunco. 

5.6. Mysunco will refund the customer's paid purchase price and shipping costs without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. In refund cases, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.

6. Complaints and Limitation of Liability 

6.1. The customer must immediately inform Mysunco's customer service of any errors or damages. 

6.2. Mysunco is responsible for defects and damages to the products that occurred before the delivery of the product to the customer. Mysunco's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

6.3. Mysunco is not liable for damages caused by the customer's incorrect use or negligence. 

6.4. Mysunco is not liable for disruptions or damages caused by the operation of the online store due to factors such as telecommunication failures or technical device malfunctions. 

6.5. Mysunco is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to an unforeseen event that Mysunco could not avoid or overcome with reasonable measures.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 

8.1. Finnish law shall apply to this agreement. 

8.2. Any disputes shall be primarily resolved through negotiations between Mysunco and the customer. 

8.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be settled in the Turku District Court.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions 

9.1. MysunCo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The amended terms will take effect immediately upon their publication on Mysunco's website.

10. Processing of Personal Data

 10.1. The customer's personal data will be processed in accordance with Mysunco's privacy policy. The privacy policy is available on Mysunco's website. 

10.2. Mysunco collects and processes the customer's personal data to manage and improve customer relationships. Personal data may be used only for marketing purposes if the customer consents. 

10.3. Mysunco is committed to processing the customer's personal data lawfully and carefully.

11. Content of the Online Store and Copyrights

11.1. Mysunco owns the texts, images, graphics, logos, and other content in the online store unless otherwise indicated. 

11.2. The online store's content may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from Mysunco. 11.3. Unauthorized use and copying of the online store's content is a copyright infringement, for which compensation and punishment may be demanded according to the law.

12. Other Provisions

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Finnish law. 

12.2. If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or void, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. 

12.3. These terms and conditions take precedence in the relationship between Mysunco and the customer, and any conflicting situations shall be resolved in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

12.4. These terms and conditions cannot be modified orally; any changes must be made in writing and approved by Mysunco.

12.5. Mysunco reserves the right to change the online store's appearance, functions, and content without prior notice.
